Clicking "Open" an instance will display the instance screen.
Click the Schedule tab to go to the schedule.
The schedule screen will be displayed.
The schedule is divided into an upper and lower section.
The upper section is a schedule table for each user.
The lower section shows the start, planned, and completion dates for each user, as well as the progress rate.
(1) Top row
a. User name:
A schedule is displayed for each user.
b. ID:
First is the user's ID (Ix: x is the owner number).
Next is the L class (Ix-y: x is the owner number, y is the class sequential number).
If there is an S class (Ix-y: x is the owner number, y is the class sequential number), it comes after that.
There are two schedules for each ID.
1) Top row: Start date to planned end date for each ID (blue)
2) Bottom row: Completion date (work in progress (progress rate) is red, completed is black)
(2) Bottom row
a. User name:
Displays the start date, expected completion date, and completion date for each user.
b. L class name:
Displays the L class of the instance.
c. S class name:
Displays the S class of the instance.
d. Element name:
Displays the element name of the L class or S class of the instance.
e. Start date:
Displays the start date of the user, L class, or S class.
f. Scheduled completion date:
Displays the scheduled completion date of the user, L class, or S class.
g. Completion date:
Displays the completion date of the user, L class, or S class.
h. Progress rate:
Displays the progress rate of the L class or S class.
If completed, it is set to 100%.
ID:
User ID (Ix: x is the owner number)
L class (Ix-y: x is the owner number, y is the class sequence number)
S class (Ix-y: x is the owner number, y is the class sequence number)
(3) Mouse over display 1 (default: when synchronizing the upper and lower rows)
When the mouse is moved over the expected completion (blue) in the upper row:
When you move the mouse over the working item (red) on the top row:
If you move the mouse over the top row of Completed (black):
(4) Mouse movement display 2 (to make the upper and lower rows unsynchronized)
Move the mouse over Scheduled (blue), In progress (red), or Completed (black) in the upper row.
Now double-click.
The date is displayed only in the upper row, and the lower row does not move (unsynchronized)
Only when you click the mouse will the lower row move and display the corresponding icon.
Move the mouse again in the upper row over Scheduled (blue), In progress (red), or Completed (black).
Double-clicking will change the state to synchronized.
*Double-clicking will switch between synchronous and asynchronous.
(5) Move to instance by selecting the class in the lower section
Select a class in the lower section and double-click it.
Move to the instance and display the selected class.
Go to the Instances screen.
