If each user has a question or request for the content created by the instance:
　　 1) Select the L class, S class, and keyword to set the question or request.
          2) The specified user responds to the question or request.
      

      Question/request and answer setting information:
           1) Explanation editor
           2) Explanation reference files
           3) Explanation URL list Contents can be set.
     The person in charge of the question/request will check the contents and answer.
