Open a project (an instance of RfcAgiler).
Members are displayed on the management screen.


Username: Ito is the owner of this computer and the current status is set to "Self".
　　　　    Katayose's current status is "Open" (displayed in green).
　　　　　This means that the instance is open.
　　　　　Kato's current status is "Closed" (displayed in yellow).
　　　　　This means that the instance is not open.

From this status, you can decide whether to chat with the members or email them.

If a member opens or closes an instance while working:
you will see the change in the member's open and closed state.

During the process, if Kato opens an instance, it will change to Open (displayed in green).
