 1. Click "New Instance" in the menu

   menu

      The new instance screen will be displayed.

      Workspaces displays recently used workspace directories.
      To use models from other workspaces, change to the workspace.
      Select a model to create a new instance.
      Enter the instance name and click the Create New button.

      Click the Create New button to create an instance.

     The first screen that appears is the management screen.

       The tab screen that can be referenced when creating an instance is shown below.

       (1)Management screen
     Add the person in charge from the group set in the management screen options.
                       For more information, see "Management Screen."

       (2)Instance screen
                      Each person in charge sets specific information on the instance based on the instance screen model.
     For more information, see Instance Screen.

       (3)Model screen
                      Model information screen corresponding to the model screen instance.
     Model information is read-only and cannot be modified.
     For more information, see Models.

       (4)State transition screen (Level 7 and above)
     Create specific data for model states and state transition keywords.
     A state transition screen will be displayed based on the created data.
     Complete the state transition diagram by setting the position of the states.
     For details, see "State Transition Screen".

       (5)Schedule screen (level 4 and above)
                      Each person in charge sets the creation date, scheduled completion date, completion date, etc. on the instance.
     Display everyone's schedule.

       (6)Quest/Req/Ans screen (level 5 and above)
     questions/requests to each person in charge, and answer questions/requests that come to you.
     Please refer to "Quest/Req/Ans" for details.

       (7) Document screen (instance documents are displayed at level 6 ane above)
     There are two types of documents: model documents and instance documents.
     The documentation is organized into chapters and links to instance L and S classes.
     Model documentation is for reference only.
     Instant documents can only be created by the owner and are for reference by others.

       (8)Manual
    This is the manual for this program and can be referenced in any state.
