Add shared folder list.
Add a shared folder created in online storage such as OneDrive, DropBox,
etc.
The shared folder can be a folder created by RfcAgiler
(with .ws attached to the folder name) or a folder created by something
else.
For folders created by RfcAgiler, you will know which instance you are
working
on if you are working on an instance.
Click the "Add shared folder list" button to
display the "Shared folder settings" screen.
Title: Set any title that can be identified
from the contents of the shared folder.
Shared folder: Click the "Browse" button to
display the Explorer
(Finder for Mac) screen.
Here,
as an example, select the Dropbox shared directory win_text.ws
(.ws, so it is the folder created by RfcAgiler).
Click the "Set" button and it will be added to the shared folder list.
A shared folder is added to the list.
Your
information will be added to your account.
Here, the
account is katayoserfcagiler.com and the status is himself (Open).

When the same shared folder list is set for other accounts.
If other members sharing the shared folder have also added this folder
to their shared folders list, it will be added to their shared folders list.
In the above figure, if the folder shared by Kato and Ito is also added to
the shared folder list of RfcAgiler,
it will be displayed in the account of the shared folder list.
