If you share a folder with online storage such as Onedrive, Dropbox, etc.,
you can check whether it is currently in use and chat by simply setting
it
as a shared folder of RfcAgiler.
Also, if the shared folder is a workspace folder created by RfcAgiler,
you can also see the instance you are working on.
Chat is a chat in a shared folder
Besides , you can also chat with other members of
the instance you are
working on.

Shared folders can be set multiple times and managed as a
shared folder list.

Shared folder list management manages the shared folders (or multiple
folders) newly
created in OneDrive or dropbox online storage or joined
by sharing in a list and
realizes the following functions.
(1)
The account of the person who participated in the shared folder and
set the shared folder in RfcAgiler is displayed at the bottom of the shared
folder list.
(2)
If the person with the displayed account has started RfcAgiler,
the status "Open" will be displayed in green.
If it is not running,
it will be closed (yellow).
Also, if an instance is open, it will be displayed in the status "Working",
and the model name and instance name will be displayed.
This will let you know if you are launching RfcAgiler.
If multiple shared folders are set,
the current shared folder will be in the "Open" state.
(3)
You
can chat with people whose accounts are "open" in the current shared folder.
If you chat in a shared folder other than the current one,
the current shared folder will be changed and the account status will be
"Open".
Also, the account of the previous current shared folder will be in the
"closed" state.
(4)
You can save the file in the file list of materials etc. with your own
account.
You can browse files from the file list of other people's accounts.
