【Create
questions/requests】
If
you have any questions or requests regarding the Lclass, Sclass, and keyword
content
of your instance (whether your own instance or another user's instance),
we will set up your questions and requests.
Questions/requests are set on the Quet/Req
tab screen.
First, select the Lclass, Sclass, and keyword of the user's instance
you want to ask a question about.
For Quest/Req settings, click
Ques/Req/Ans in the menu and
click
"New
Quest/Req".
Or,
Right-click "Quest/Req" item display screen
and
click
"New
Quest/Req"
"New
Quest/Req screen will appear.
a. Title:
Title of
Quest/Req
b. ID:
Quest/Req
ID (Qx-y) (x: user management number y: serial number)
c. Type:
Select Question or Request.
Click
in the combo box to select.
d. Owner:
Your username is displayed.
When setting multiple
(Example: User name: kata
with multiple settings kata(1), kata(2),...)
Click in the combo box to select as well as the type.
e. Instance ID:
Quest/Req instance ID (Ix-y)
(x: user management number y: serial number)
Set the Quest/Req title and click
the Add button.
Here, the title is "About the state".
Next, the reply user list screen will be displayed, so check the reply user.
Here, check Ito, Endo and Sato and save.
The
question and the user are added.
A new message is added to the question description.
【Questions/Request】
a.
Type:
Indication of questions or requests
b. User:
User name for question/request
c. ID:
Question/request ID (Qx-y) (x: user management number y: serial number)
d. Title:
Question/request title
e. Start date and time:
Question/request setting time
f. Updated Date:
The time when the question/request status is changed to an update message
and the status setting button is pressed to update the message.
g. Planned end date:
Expected end date of the question/request
If
there is a scheduled end date, click on the scheduled end date.
Since the calendar is displayed, set the due date.
Click the scheduled date and click the Save button to set.
a. Completion date and time:
The time when the question/request status is completed and
the status setting button is pressed.
b. Working state:
The initial state is New Message.
Click the status setting button with the contents set
in the question/request status combo box.
Working state is changed.
c. Instance ID:
This is the instance ID of the Lclass, Sclass, and keyword of the instance
for which the question/request is made.
【Questions/requests
contents】
a. Title:
If
you want to correct the title name,
you can edit it.
Any changes will be reflected in the questions/requests.
b. Type:
If you want to change the type, click in the combo box to select.
When selected, it will be reflected in the question/request item.
c. Question/request status:
If you want to change the work status, click
in the combo box to select.
d. State settings:
After setting the work status in the question/request status,
click the status setting button to set it.
e. If you click on the update message:
If a new question or request arises,
or if there is an unclear point in the answer,
it will be changed to an update message status.
Click "Yes".
The setting of the update date and time of the question/request item and
the
work status will be the update message.
Also, an update message will be added to the description of
the question/request status setting.
f. Case clicked while processing:
Check the answers and change the status of checking the contents to processing.
Click "Yes".
The work status of the question/request item becomes in process
In addition, processing is added to the description of
the question/request content status setting
g.
Cancel click case:
Change to Cancel when interrupting processing.
Click "Yes".
The setting of the completion date and time of the question/request item and
the
work status will be cancelled.
In addition, "cancel" will be added to the explanation of
the question/request content status setting.
h.
Case clicked on Done:
When the question/request is complete, change it to Done.
Click "Yes"
The completion date and time of the question/request item
will be set and the work status will be completed.
In addition, "Completed" will be added to the description of
the question/request content status setting.
*The work status of the question/request item is a new message
when it is created.
i. Respondent user list:
Click the Respondent User List button if you want to change, delete,
or add a respondent user.
When creating an instance, display the list of registered users on
the management screen
Here is an example of a management screen.
The screen after clicking the answer user list button is shown below.
j. Respondent User Settings:
Check the user requesting the answer.
(Multiple people can be set)
When you click the save button,
it will be reflected in the question/request item.
*When asking questions/requests and answering by one person
Since you are working alone, the username for the question and
the username for the answer will be the same.
Since my user is kata, check kata in the reply user list.
Click the save button to create an answer/confirm user
Since the answer is your own user, you can set the answer.
Please refer to "9.2. Answer" for setting the answer.
k. Delete Respondent User:
For a user who is set as a reply user but no longer needs to receive a reply,
Delete the answer user.
However, if even one answer has been given, it cannot be deleted.
As a point of caution, if there are multiple people currently working
on the content between users,
Other people's changes are not reflected (asynchronous).
If you delete it because the answering user has no answer,
the answering user is answering during that time
A case is possible.
Since the answer user's deletion authority is the questioner,
the answer user will be deleted.
In the above figure, the reply users are Kato and Endo,
but uncheck Kato in the reply user list and click the save button.

Reference
files (add, remove, browse), Reference URL:
Set if there is a file to refer to or a URL to refer to for the question.
Refer to "9.2. Reference Files and URL References for Models and Instances"
for details on adding, deleting, and referencing file references
for instance questions, requests, and answers, and for adding, deleting,
and referencing URLs.
m.Description:
When
you create a question, a new message header is displayed.
State your question or outline any referenced files.
If the setting is changed with the state setting button,
please refer to the above state setting.
【Delete
question/request】
Select the question/answer item you want to delete.
To delete a question/request, click Question/request/answer on the menu and
click Delete question/request.
Right-click the question/request item you want to delete and
click
"Delete
Quest/Req"
The Delete Question/Request screen will be displayed.
When you click the Delete button, a confirmation screen will appear.
Click "Yes" to delete.
However, if even one answer has been given, it cannot be deleted.
As a point of caution, if there are multiple people currently working on
the content between users,
the changes made by other people will not be reflected (asynchronous).
If the answering user does not have an answer and deletes it,
the answering user may be answering during that time.
Since the answer user's deletion authority is the questioner,
the answer user will be deleted.
