Editor font name, font size settings, Configure the SMTP settings for sending emails

 [Font]
                
      Sets the editor font name and font size for temporary notes and
     descriptions within the program. The default font name is
     Meiryo UI font size: 12.(For windows)
     To change the font name, click "Change" button.
     
      o change the font size, directly change the numbers in _,
      or Change the value with the up and down arrows on the right.
      After making changes, click "Save" button.

[e-Mail]
         
     Configure SMTP settings for sending emails.
      (1) SMTP server (outgoing server) settings
             Configure SMTP server.
     
      (2) Port number
        　Set the port number
     
            When I set STARTTLS in security it appears and the port number is 587.
            Also, when it is set to SSL/TLS, it will be displayed and
           the port number will be 465.
           If the port number is different, change the value directly.
      (3)Security
            Select security.
     
            Security can be selected from None, STARTTLS, SSL/TLS.
      (4) Authentication method
            The authentication method is automatic only
           (authentication is confirmed in the order of CRAM-MD5, LOGIN, PLAIN)
     
      (5) Sending email address
  　　Set the outgoing email address.
     
            By default, the email address of the RfcAgiler account is set.
            If different, set a new email address here
      (6) Password
            Set a password for your outgoing email address.
     
      (7) E-mail transmission
           (automatic transmission of question e-mail
             when setting a question with question/answer)
           Set whether to automatically send emails.
           If so, check Email auto-send.
           If none, no email will be sent (if email sending is not required). ない場合）
     
      By default, is displayed and cannot be checked.
      To enable the check, press the connection confirmation test button.
      The mail setting confirmation test screen is displayed.
     
　  Set the e-mail address for sending confirmation as
      the test destination e-mail address.
      Send the email by pressing the send button.

       Set the language to use.
