1. Person in charge Add

       Click Menu -> "Manager" -> "Add User".
     

       Alternatively, right-click on the user screen and click "Add user to group".
     

       The Add User screen is displayed.
     

       Select the users you want to add and click the Add button to add them.
    

      The same person in charge can be registered multiple times to create an instance
     halfway and delegate it to another agent.
     Now, let's add the owner, Katayose, as a person in charge.

      Perform additional processing and display the user addition screen.
     

       elect user "kata" here and click the Add button.
     

2. Person in charge Del

       Select the username you want to delete.
    

       Click Menu -> "Manager" -> "Delete User".
     

       Alternatively, right-click on the user screen and click "Delete user from group".
     

       A confirmation screen will be displayed, so click "Yes" to delete.
