You can chat between members of the project (RfcAgiler instance)
on online storage (since you do not need a chat server,
people who have RfcAgiler can chat on online storage
(arbitrary online storage * 1))

 *1 Conditions for online storage include folder sharing and file synchronization,
      and online storage folders can be used from Explorer.
      There are One drive, dropbox, etc.

Chat flow
(1) Open a project (RfcAgiler instance).
I will explain with the example below.

The members are Mr. Ito (leader), Mr. Katayose, and Mr. Kato.
The person opening this project is Mr. Ito, who is indicated as "himself" and
 his person icon is blue.
Mr. Katayose is yellow with a "closed" indication,
and he has not opened this project at the moment.
Mr. Kato has a green "open" indicator, and he has this project open now.
Click Chat at the bottom right of the screen to display the chat screen.

Write your message in the bottom right corner.
Here, Mr. Katayose does not have a project open,
so uncheck Katayose in the user list on the bottom left.
I will inform Mr. Katayose of the contents by member mail.

When you click the "Send" button, the contents will be sent to the checked users

The received reply from Mr. Kato will be displayed on the left.

Delete chat
Create and send in chat, and if the contents are wrong, etc., the chat will be deleted.

When you click the content you want to delete,
a deletion confirmation screen is displayed

Click "Delete".

The receiving side is also in the deleted state.
The figure below shows Mr. Ito's deletion reflected in Mr. Kato's chat.

Responding to chat messages
You can send a fixed message such as "Like" to the received message.
Mr. Katayose clicks on the contents of Mr. Ito's 15:05 message
in response to "Please state your approval or disapproval of the counterproposal."
 The response message selection screen is displayed.

Select a response message from "None", "Agree", "Disagree", "Don't Know",
"More Information", and "Like".
Here, select "Like" and click the "Send response" button.

"Like" is displayed on the right side. In the same way,
Mr. Kato also selects a response message (here selects "More information")

Mr. Ito sees two responses.

You can change this response message at any time.

If you change it to "None", your own reply message will not be displayed

Chat sending user selection method
There are three ways to select a sending user
    (1) Mark the user you want to send from the user list.
    (2) To select the same user from the history of messages you have sent,
           click on the part where the time and number of senders are displayed
           above the message, and the user
           who sent the message will be automatically ticked.
    (3) To select the same user (sending user and receiving user excluding yourself)
           from the history of received messages,
           click the part where the time and number of senders are displayed
           above the message to select the user who sent it. automatically ticked

Notification when chat is closed
If there are chat messages while the chat is closed or minimized,
a notification will appear in the lower right corner of the screen.

Click the "Open Chat" button to display the chat screen.
Click the "Close" button to close the chat notification screen.
Later, open the chat screen and check.

Chat history
Chats are saved on a daily basis. If you are chatting across days,
it will be displayed for two days.
For chat history, click Chat history.

It will change to the chat history screen

Click the date you want to view.
